Wonderful Stained Glass : Julie Houghton

Class Description

Join us for a wonderful Stained Glass workshop with Julie Houghton who will teach you how to create beautiful stained glass art. It is a lovely art medium that you will enjoy doing while learning something new. In the work shop you will be given three patterns to choose one from. You will then learn how to cut glass with a stained glass cuter and you will also learn how to use a stained glass grinder to help make the glass fit perfectly. From there you will copper tape your glass pieces and flux and solder together with a soldering iron. You get to take your beautiful piece of stained glass work home to hang up in your home or gift to someone special. All materials and equipment will be provided for use on the day.
