Estuary Arts Centre is governed by the Estuary Arts Charitable Trust (EACT) who lease the building from the Auckland Council. The Centre is staffed by a Centre Manager and four part-time staff members, (Youth Coordination, Education Coordinator, Customer Service Administrator and account). EACT relies heavily on the support of our 70 + volunteer army to assist with a range of tasks and duties
EACT is contracted, under the terms of its Deed of Lease with Auckland Council to provide specific outcomes, including exhibitions, educational opportunities and activities which engage with our Youth, Tangata whenua, disability, migrant and senior communities.
The Trust is registered under the Charitable Trusts Act 1958 and The Charities Act 2005.
The Charities Commission registration number is CC 35965.
Estuary Arts Charitable Trust Board currently comprises:
Anatole Bogatski (Chair), Gail Reichert (Treasurer), Michelle Impey and Mindy Melrose.
