Where do I find the class schedule for a term class?

To see the full class schedule including days and time for our term classes:

Find the art class you're interested in on the online booking system
Next to the "Book" button, click on the one that says "Info".
Above the class description, there is a tab titled "Schedule" which shows you all of the schedule information for that class.

Question 2

What changes to the membership are happening on 1 July 2026?

Accepted Answer

We will be rolling out our new integrated Membership system!

Rolling Enrollment: Your membership will run for 12 months from the date you join, rather than a fixed calendar year.
Automatic Discounts: Once you enrol in the new system, you will no longer need to enter a code. The discounts will vary by class and will automatically apply to your bookings when you're logged in.

Why is my booking "Pending"?

Accepted Answer

Some of our classes use an "Accept/Deny" function based on minimum participant numbers.

Automatic Approval: As soon as the class reaches the required minimum number of students, the system will automatically "Accept" your spot.
Notifications: You will receive an automated email the moment your booking is confirmed and prompted to make the payment to secure the class.

Question 4

I have an existing membership from the Wix system. Is it still valid?

Accepted Answer

Yes! All memberships purchased under the old system remain valid until June 30, 2026.

Can I book for multiple people?

Accepted Answer

Yes! During the checkout process, you will have the option to add additional participants or book for a group.

Question 6

Why isn't my website login working anymore?

Accepted Answer

Because we have migrated to a new booking system (Bookeo), your old Wix username and password are no longer connected. To keep things simple, you won’t need to "pre-register" an account on your first booking, but may be prompted to create a new registration on subsequent bookings.

Question 7

I made a booking but didn't receive a confirmation email?

Accepted Answer

Please check your "Junk" or "Promotions" folder. Because Bookeo is a new sender for your email provider, it might be filtered out. We recommend adding our email address to your "Safe Senders" list.

Question 8

I'm not able to make a booking in the new system.

Accepted Answer

We have just launched the new system and are ironing out some teething issues, please don't hesitate to give us a call 09 4265570 and we would be happy to help you with any issues you might be having.

Please advise us what's going wrong so we can address these issues and prevent them from happening in the future.
