Venue Hire

Studio 1 (multi-use area): 
Capacity 60 - 80 people for meetings, corporate functions, workshops, seminars and talks. For art classes this space can accommodate and up to 30 students.
For talks this space can accommodate 70 people seated theatre style
Corporate/seminars the space can accommodate up to 45 people seated
Costs range from $28+gst per hour (not-for-profit rate) to $85 + gst per hour (corporate rate for more than 40 people)

Studio 2 (Sculptural work area): 
Capacity 12 - 15 people for workshops or seminars.
Costs range from $28+gst per hour (not-for-profit rate) to $85 + gst per hour (corporate rate)

Studio 3 (Ideal for small meetings,  or workshops): 
​Capacity up to 15 people
This space has a functional kitchenette
Costs range from $28+gst per hour (not-for-profit rate) to $85 + gst per hour (corporate rate)

Our venue is available for small to medium sized private weddings and functions subject to strict terms and conditions. Phone the Centre on 09 4265570.
Exhibition Space Rental
Estuary Arts Centre offers five modern exhibition spaces in the following galleries. Become an EACT member and receive discounts on gallery hire. Gallery hire is for a 4 week period.

G1: Gallery One
The largest gallery space in the facility, white walls, brand new LED spotlights, grey flooring. Full wheelchair access.
Non-Member $800 + GST, Member $600 + GST

G2: Gallery Two
​This gallery is of medium size and ideal for paintings, or object art, also good for solo exhibitions. White walls and grey floors. Full wheelchair access. 
Non-Member $350 + GST, Member $300 + GST

G3: Gallery Three
This is the smallest gallery and suitable for digital, photographic or smaller works. Ideal for a solo exhibition. This space has white walls, a feature black wall and grey floors as well as a skylight for natural light. Full wheelchair access.

G4: Gallery Four - Education Wing Foyer 
Located in the new Education Wing. White walls with polished concrete floors, a light space with high impact, suitable for 2-d artworks and a few sculptural items. ​Full wheelchair access.

G5: Gallery Five - EAC Members Gallery (upstairs)
This newly refurbished gallery space is perfect for emerging artists or solo exhibitions. Located upstairs with floor carpet and grey autex acoustic panelling.  Wonderful natural light and elevation over the Western Reserve. No wheelchair access.

Gallery Hire for Functions

The Galleries may also be hired for purposes other than displaying artwork.

Appropriate uses would be an evening fundraiser, events, book launches, talks or corporate hospitality functions.

Gallery Hire for functions will be considered on a case-by-case basis with consideration given to the nature of exhibits on display at the time.
