Teens Summer Art Camp - Day 1
Tuesday, 27th Jan | 10 AM – 2:00 PM with Sylvia Sinnel | Studio2 - Pet Sculptures & Wheel-Throwing
Class Description
Clay Creations with Sylvia Sinel: Pet Sculptures & Wheel-Throwing Kids 11+ will step into the pottery studio for a skill-building session with clay artist Sylvia Sinel. This workshop combines hand-built sculpture and wheel-throwing, giving students a chance to explore two exciting sides of ceramics. Teens will create a sculpture of their favourite pet—or a whimsical fantasy creature—learning professional techniques to shape, texture, and bring their ideas to life. They’ll also have the opportunity to try wheel-throwing. Completed pieces will be dried, glazed, and kiln-fired (ready for collection in ~3 weeks). The workshop balances skill-building with space for imagination and personal style, offering a fun, educational start to the teen holiday programme.
