Class Description

SCREEN PRINT WORKSHOP USING SCREEN FILLER Learn this DIY screen printing method to make an affordable and accessible screen that doesn’t require exposure or chemicals. This workshop will use a waterbased screen filler to create a stencil on a screen. You will learn how to make a small homemade screen – that you can take home with you. You will need a black & white image that does not have intricate detail. Smaller than A4 – The simpler the image the better This is a fun and easy way to make a more permanent stencil to use. You can then print on textiles or paper. WHAT STUDENTS SHOULD BRING: A black & white image – basic image works best An apron Fine paintbrushes if you have them Good quality paper or textiles to print onto – We will provide cartridge only.
