Class Description
Photography & Art: Coastal Shapes and Textures Discover the hidden beauty of the coast in this creative photography and art workshop. Teens will learn how to capture unique shapes, patterns, and textures through their cameras or phones, before transforming their images into one-of-a-kind mixed media artworks using paint, collage, and other techniques. A fun and hands-on class perfect for young creatives who love both photography and art! 🧒 Ages 11+ 🎨 All materials provided 👩🎨 Led by a local professional photographer, Jade Maloyd What to Bring: ❗ A camera, smart phone or iPad with camera feature. PLUS if you have a Laptop or iPad, please bring it for digital editing, however this is not a requirement to complete the workshop. 🍱 Water bottle and a lunchbox. 👕 Kids should wear old clothes—we get messy when we’re having fun! Additional Info: 🔹 All staff are police-vetted for your peace of mind. 🔹 Parents are not allowed in the classroom once the workshop begins. If your child needs a little encouragement, feel free to stay on-site. We have comfortable seating in the foyer and the Driftwood Café is conveniently located in the building.
