Class Description

Create a masterpiece that literally shines! In this exciting and hands-on workshop, kids will design and paint their very own canvas artwork—then bring it to life with LED lights! From glowing galaxies to sparkling cityscapes, the only limit is their imagination. They’ll learn how to plan their composition, use colour and texture creatively whilst learning acrylic painting and Mixed Media techniques. Then we carefully install mini LED lights to make their artwork light up in the dark. A fun mix of art and a touch of simple electronics—perfect for curious, creative minds! At the end, each child will take home a glowing canvas ready to hang in their room and light up their world. 🧒 Ages 7 - 10 yrs 🎨 All materials provided 👩‍🎨 Led by an experienced art tutor ✨ Want more creative fun? Join us for both morning an afternoon workshops and we look after your child during lunchtime for FREE What to Bring: 🥪 A snack and water bottle if attending one session 🍱 A lunchbox if attending both morning and afternoon workshops 👕 Kids should wear old clothes—we get messy when we’re having fun! Additional Info: 🔹 Children booked into both workshops will be supervised during the lunch break at no extra cost. 🔹 All staff are police-vetted for your peace of mind. 🔹 Parents are not allowed in the classroom once the workshop begins. If your child needs a little encouragement, feel free to stay on-site. We have comfortable seating in the foyer and the Driftwood Café is conveniently located in the building.
