Hand-Building Bootcamp with Sylvia Sinel

Class Description

This is a class for anyone who wants to get a shorter introduction to the magic world clay & glazing. It is also an opportunity for someone who wants to work on their own projects under guidance by an experienced ceramic artist and tutor. The first three weeks we’ll focus on the main hand building techniques like pinching, coiling, slab work, and the final session we’ll focus on ways of adding colours to your work through different glazing techniques. At the end of the class you might have found a favourite technique you want to explore further. Clay, firing and glazing will cost extra. Bring your own pottery tools and apron.
