Gallery Four

Drawing influence from the Canadian outdoor painters known as The Group of Seven, this collection of paintings from selected members of the Auckland Plein Air Group reflects the ethos of being inspired by nature. The exhibition features work using a variety of mediums such as Oil paint, Waterolour, Acrylic, Oil Pastel and Pen to present an exciting exposition of techniques possible when interpreting the landscape. Each artist brings a unique voice and vision with subjects from coastline to mountains across New Zealand and further afield.
